TICKETS
Q: Is there a difference between Saturday and Sunday?
A: Yes, we will have different speakers on the two days, so make sure to review the agenda to see who’s speaking on which day.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
A: We’re into saving trees and reducing our footprint, so showing your ticked on your phone is perfectly fine.
Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, however you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact sales@healthoptimisation.com with transfer requests.
Q: Are children welcome?
A: Absolutely, children under 16 don't need a ticket :) Please bring identification to confirm age at entrance.
Q: Do you offer NHS tickets?
A: We do! We're very happy to support the NHS, as well as students and retirees. Please note, proof of validity for these tickets is required on the door – without it, you will need to upgrade to a regular ticket.
Q: Are you CPD accredited?
A: We're thrilled that our conference is officially recognised with 16 hours towards your CPD. It's testament to our commitment of spreading knowledge and the impact individuals can have on our society.
GENERAL
Q: Do I need to book onto talks and workshops?
A: No, they're all first come first served, so be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the start time. As they say: the early bird catches the worm!
Q: Will there be security?
A: Yes, as per health and safety, we will have security. Please note, we will have a coat room, but we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen possessions while on site. Please do your best to limit the things that you are bringing to the venue.
Q: Will there be photography / filming?
A: Yes – all official photographers and film crew will have identification. You are free to take pictures or record your own visit to the summit, but we ask you to use common sense and help protect the integrity of the speakers, exhibitors, and fellow attendees who may not want to be filmed. You will not be able to sell any photos or moving images of the festival for commercial or other gain.
Q: What food will be available?
A: There will be several food options to purchase for various diets. We will be serving tea, coffee and water throughout the day as well.
Q: Are there opportunities to network and meet new people?
A: There are endless opportunities – community is at the core of our values. Whether it’s meeting others in our value-packed breakout sessions between talks, or mingling in the exhibitor area and networking lounge, you’re sure to make some brilliant connections.
Q: I’m new to paleo, keto, biohacking etc, should I come, or will it be too advanced for me?
A: Remember, the most knowledgeable experts didn’t know anything until they started. We’re all learning and growing together, and our summit is suitable from absolute beginners to world-class experts.
Q: What’s the relationship between Health Optimisation, Upgrade Labs and Paleo f(x)?
A: Health Optimisation is our company. It’s our concept and relentless desire to bring together the different worlds in one summit to shift the paradigms of health for the greater good. And we’re honored that both Upgrade Labs and Paleo f(x) – two of the giants in our spaces – believe in what we’re doing. So much so, they’ve invested in our summit. We’re working together collaboratively to help shift the paradigm of health, and we couldn’t be happier about it!
